If your item arrives at your home damaged, all you have to do is send us an after-sales service request by sending us photos of the damaged packaging, the item and the detail so that we can better understand the problem.
Once your request is made, we will forward it to production and guide you through the next steps.
Remember to take photos of the damaged item, as well as its packaging and keep them, we will need them to help you!
We will also need your first and last name and order number.
