Delivery methods offered on Recollection.fr
We offer two delivery channels: delivery by courier and delivery by carrier.
We guarantee the delivery of your order to your home.

Delivery by courier
Standard shipments of small items (paintings, screens, wallpapers, small furniture and decorative items) are sent by courier subject to eligible dimensions and are delivered to you personally at the address of your choice. If you are absent, your parcel will be delivered to your letterbox if its size allows it. If not, a notice informs you that the deliveryman will come or that it will be delivered to a relay point. You then have 10 to 15 working days to collect your parcel from the relay point. A text message is also sent to you by the carrier during the various stages of delivery. After this period, the package will automatically be returned to us.

Delivery by carrier
Bulky parcels, fragile items, furniture, etc.: if you have ordered several items, depending on the logistics sites where they are located, your order may be delivered in several stages.
We work with national carriers who deliver the products to your home. Deliveries by carrier are only made from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Standard delivery
Standard delivery is offered from a fixed amount of purchase (conditions of free delivery in the GTC, or on the card of the article concerned). You will be informed of the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse by e-mail. An appointment is not systematically made for this delivery method. A text message is also sent to you by the carrier during the various stages of delivery. Some carriers show up without having made an appointment: in this case, don't panic, if you are not there, they will show up the next day or leave you a notice to make a later appointment. Other carriers will contact you to make a delivery appointment for a day or half day (usually between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday).
Standard deliveries are made to the ground floor or at the foot of a building. The driver is not required to enter your home to deliver the parcel.

Premium delivery
Premium delivery is available for eligible products, information on the product sheet. Premium delivery allows you to have your parcel delivered within a more precise time slot (half day). You will be informed when your order leaves our warehouse.
