Upon receipt of your request for withdrawal, we will provide you with the address of the logistics site to which you must return the product.
You have two options for returning the item:
The return is handled by ReCollection. In this case, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your invoice and we will credit you with the rest of the amount paid at the time of the order (excluding shipping costs, which are payable by the customer).
The return is handled by a carrier of your choice or by you. We will refund the total amount paid at the time of ordering (excluding shipping costs, which are payable by the customer).
The conditions of return on which the reimbursement of the object depends :
100% new condition. The products must be returned properly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged or soiled), accompanied by all accessories and any instructions.
The products must not have been used. Thus, they must not bear any marks of use, nor traces of assembly, for example tightened nuts or assembled screws. They must be in perfect condition for resale and be suitable for resale.
Returns requested within 15 calendar days of receipt of order
The return must be made within one month of delivery
Unassembled product, with no traces of assembly, the stools on jacks must not have been assembled
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
Packages that do not have any identifying information (sender, counter mark, order number) cannot be returned.
If the product does not comply with these conditions, it will be refused for reimbursement, and the return costs will remain at your expense.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will examine your return before requesting a refund. ReCollection reserves the right to refuse any damaged package or whose original packaging has been damaged, stolen or lost. ReCollection may in case of non-compliant return charge the buyer for the cost of repackaging the product and the cost of replacing damaged products.
Sheenook SAS - Recollection declines all responsibility in case of breakage or loss of the returned package.
In the event of a dispute, please take photos of the products before packaging, as well as the packaging, the layout of the products in their original packaging and converse these photos. An item that is poorly packaged, with the protections removed or displaced, may not be accepted.
