To request the removal of an old piece of furniture, you must make the request when you place your order. Be careful not to forget to make this request at this precise moment, otherwise we will not be able to take over the old furniture!

“Any request made after your order has been dispatched cannot be fulfilled. The return of the item must be made to the same delivery address of your order. The returned item must be of the same type as the one you are ordering, also with identical dimensions. Under certain conditions, for items that can be transported without specific equipment, collection may take place at a nearby Eco-Mobilier collection point. Paintings, carpets, wallpapers and decorative items are not included. The recovery of your old piece of furniture can be carried out on request when ordering. Please send us, when placing your order, a return request with a photo of the item to be returned as well as its dimensions and packaging. »
